| – Hope you all had a blessed Epiphany week and are ready for a restful weekend as we celebrate the Baptism of our Lord this weekend. – First, a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who helped out with the funeral and the luncheon today! We are so grateful for all of you who offer your time, talent and treasure to our parish. Thank you. – A reminder that Father Peter had to leave for another funeral down state this afternoon so there will be no confessions or Holy Hour this afternoon. As always, Fr. Peter will hear confessions before the weekend Masses or you are welcome to call the Parish office to schedule a confession time. – This weekend is food pantry weekend. There will be baskets for food donations outside the church entry doors, green envelopes for monetary donations in the pews or you can make a donation online. Thank you for your generosity! – Finally, the Knights of Columbus will meet on Monday starting at 5:30pm. All men of the Parish are invited – please come! – The schedule for upcoming Sacramental Prep/Faith Formation classes is as follows: Sacramental Preparation for First Eucharist and Confirmation will meet on Sunday from 8:15am-9:45am in the Parish Center. Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation will also meet on Sunday from 11:15am-12:45pm in the Parish Center. – Youth Ministry for grades 6-12 will meet on Sunday from 6-8pm in the Parish Center! – Adult Faith Formation: Part II of the Symbolon Adult Faith Formation program will begin next Wednesday. Jan.13 from 6:30pm- 8:00pm in the Parish Center. Join us for our video, refreshments and group discussion. – Faith Formation will meet next Sunday, Jan. 16th from 9:00am-9:50am.Questions regarding Faith Formation/Sacramental Prep information should be directed to : Elizabeth Gengle: egengle@stmaryschoolcharlevoix.org – Have a wonderful evening, stay warm this weekend and enjoy the sunshine! |
