Good Morning everyone!
Last night, I received a report from another parish that Fr. Polycarp’s village in Nigeria was attacked by the Boko Haram. They burned the hospital and marketplace; and Fr. Polycarp took his students and left for the bush country.
This morning I received a message from Fr. John Paul. His village was also attacked last night. He said that it was a sleepless night, but the village was at peace and calm had returned this morning. He was okay.
I asked now that all families pray a rosary today and each day if possible. His bishop consecrated their diocese to Our Blessed Mother many years ago when the attacks from the Boko Haram started. We need to place Mary between these villages and the attackers. Pray the whole Rosary at one time or pray a decade throughout your day. Please include your children and have them pray also.
Thank you for all the support you have shown Fr. John Paul. He feels it greatly over in Nigeria!
